I went through manufacturing training for my new company today. The information in the training was just what I needed. It went over everything step by step and made sure to go over the more difficult things a couple times. The training that I went through was online which worked out perfect for me. I was able to go through the training step by step in my own time. Plus it had little tests at the end so I would know if I learned everything. I wish all employers would make it that easy to learn their information. Reading manuals is awful. Going through an online course is much better.
